• Spryfield Bowlarama for classic bowling vibes 

• bring the dogs for a run through the woods at Long Lake Provincial Park. The main lake loop is beautifully groomed if you want a flat walk, but the secondary trails are where the real fun is. Great swimming in the warm months.

• Captain William Spry Community Centre : this hub features a public library, fitness center, wave pool, and surrounding sports fields and skate parks.

• swim at Chocolate Lake on a hot July afternoon (just on the edge of the neighbourhood) 

• stop by the Spryfield Lions Rink in the winter for a classic community skate.
